Interactive Screens and Whiteboards

Interactive screens are great for team collaboration projects and presentations. Imagine being able to pull everyone around a screen, draw a new concept, tweak it and save, easily.

You can even get interactive screens and whiteboards which aren’t fixed, meaning you can move them to wherever you want to collaborate.

Interactive Whiteboards are great for meeting rooms and training rooms because you can easily discuss a new project or process and collaborate effectively and efficiently. Should your room have a set format, you may want to have them fixed as it reduces the space and storage required.

Wireless Presentation

Wireless Presentation applications allow you to share your presentations from any device for all compatible screens.

Some wireless presentation applications take it further by enabling you to use the application to display welcome screens with room scheduling, automate screens to turn on/off during working hours and schedule imagery and videos to play on loops.

In Meeting rooms, Boardrooms and Training rooms; it really enhances the professional feel if you can connect to a screen without a physical cable from your device to the screen. Wireless presentation apps are ideal for this. Also, if you have multiple meeting rooms, the meeting room scheduling features takes the pressure of looking for an available meeting room when a visitor is due.

Projectors and Projector Screens

You want a projector which is easy to turn on, set up, integrated with your device and show a great quality image. Projectors and screens can be portable or fixed to one location.

If your meeting room or training room is likely to be a fixed layout, we would highly recommend a fixed projector which ultimately, saves space and set-up time. Should you opt for a fixed projector and screen; they can be hidden and motorised to release them when you need them, which enhances the space and cleaner feel.

Speakers

Good quality speakers are essential when you want the audio to be heard, clearly. There are three main types of speakers; fixed bracket speakers, integrated ceiling speakers and freestanding speakers.

The type of speakers that we recommend would be down to the size of the meeting room or training room. Should the room be able to sit around 25, we would recommend either integrated ceiling speakers or fixed bracket speakers.

Where possible, for meeting rooms and boardrooms, we would recommend the integrated ceiling speaker as they create a smarter look because they are integrated into the ceiling tiles.

Video Conferencing Phones

With remote working becoming a rising trend, it is no longer a necessity to come to an office to work and by extension this means not necessary to physically attend meetings. Video Conferencing facilities enables those people to still be there and likewise, those who are based at the office; they can be seen and heard.

It’s ideal for a conference call isn’t enough and you need to see the people you are speaking with, more so, when you are collaborating on a project together. Seeing someone’s face and body language reinforces and strengthens relationships which in turn, enhances successful collaboration.
