We like to plan ahead, there’s a lot of moves and changes going on because the hospital is redeveloping all the time. We’re making big plans for the future and BTT have always been important in making those moves and changes for us.
BTT came up trumps, did the data, did the phones, and everything ran smoothly from their point. They did their bit. When you say, ‘something is urgent,’ they really do try their best to move things around a bit and come out.
In a very busy hospital like this, moves and changes are needed very, very quickly sometimes, and BTT have always been able to respond to that.
When engineers from BTT need to be on-site, the hospital can always trust that the professional staff will turn up on time and can be left to get on with whatever work needs doing to keep Luton and Dunstable’s phone lines operating.
One thing I’ve found with BTT is when they explain things to you, they explain it very well. They don’t overcomplicate things with jargon.
I’ve got nothing but praise for BTT, it would take an awful lot to move me away from them.
We've moved to a better service at a better price - and a level of confidence that we're talking to a company that understands our business, and can help us. BTT understands the fact we are a 24-hour a day, 365-day a year business and they have systems in place to be able to support that. Whereas if you go to some of the major people, you're just a name on an account.
BTT will invariably come to us with a multitude of options, with the pros and cons of each one and we can make a business decision for which one's the right one. And that's what you want at the end of the day.
The telephony guys are spot on, they use the same software themselves, and they have a good team of people who know what they’re doing. I couldn’t speak highly enough of the support that I’ve had.
I was happy that it didn’t become a complicated process. They knew what I wanted and any issues that were emailed through were resolved quickly.
