I now have a vastly increased data allowance, plus wi-fi calling capability and a range of other enhancements all at a far more competitive tariff that my old provider offered. So BTT are not only keeping me connected but have also reduced my business costs. All this was achieved with great service that meant I spent my time running my business without the distraction of searching for a new mobile contract.
BTT came up trumps, did the data, did the phones, and everything ran smoothly from their point. They did their bit. When you say, ‘something is urgent,’ they really do try their best to move things around a bit and come out.
BTT will invariably come to us with a multitude of options, with the pros and cons of each one and we can make a business decision for which one's the right one. And that's what you want at the end of the day.
I recently moved my business mobile phone contract to BTT. Despite my business requirement being only one mobile for one user, i.e. me, and no big deal for a company like BTT, they’ve certainly lived up to their claim to pride themselves on customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Shiv.
One thing I’ve found with BTT is when they explain things to you, they explain it very well. They don’t overcomplicate things with jargon.
We like to plan ahead, there’s a lot of moves and changes going on because the hospital is redeveloping all the time. We’re making big plans for the future and BTT have always been important in making those moves and changes for us.
Our level of confidence with them as a company is so high. They have become the go-to option for numerous communications solutions, such as cabling infrastructure when we are developing a new property.
In a very busy hospital like this, moves and changes are needed very, very quickly sometimes, and BTT have always been able to respond to that.
We tend to instruct a major contractor that we want to work with but we don’t when it comes to BTT because we trust them and we know that at the end of the project there's a relationship going forward that we know they will take ownership of.
