What is LAN?

LAN stands for Local Area Network. A LAN Is a computer network that covers a small area such as business’s site. It consists of a network of locally connected machines. Devices which are connected via LAN can communicate with each other as well as share and have access to network attached devices such as printers, internet, servers, NAS’s and centralised databases.
