I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team at BTT for your assistance in returning connectivity services to my client. The client had changed the company name and the current ISP had not checked on the status of the customer and cancelled their Broadband and Telephone services without asking or checking, even though all invoices were still being paid, they were not prepared or able to rectify the situation in a timely manner.
