What is Find Me and Follow Me?

Find Me and Follow Me are phone system features which work in conjunction with each other so that calls can be received at different locations via different phones.

Find Me gives the ability to receive calls wherever the user is located.

Follow Me relates to being able to receive phone calls at a number of different phones. You can put a rule in place that they either ring all at once or in a sequence.

An example would be if someone rings the designated number and it isn’t answered in a set amount of time (say 3 seconds), it will then ring another number, perhaps their home line, then perhaps their mobile until the call is sent to voicemail. Alternatively, it will ring on all three numbers at the same time.

It’s ideal for those travelling employees who might be in the office, at home or on the road for an appointment.
