The client had changed the company name and the current ISP had not checked on the status of the customer and cancelled their Broadband and Telephone services without asking or checking, even though all invoices were still being paid, they were not prepared or able to rectify the situation in a timely manner. Shiv and his team we able to re-initialise the old line and apply broadband service to get the client functional again within 24 hours, hugely reducing the potential downtime the client was facing. The service I received from the start has been 10 out of 10, with me looking to get the right advice and support, to enable me to make the correct decision in relation to the broadband. The time was taken over a few meetings to talk me through everything in detail until I was satisfied with what was on offer to make an informed decision.
The change over was seamless allowing all my current Wi-Fi connected technology to connect automatically removing the headache of having to connect each item to the new router which would of been a long process. I could not have asked for any more of a service with follow up calls checking everything is working. The cherry on the cake is the speed of the broadband has been a lot faster than I could have hoped for. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality and professional provider.
