Once all of your various communications systems are up to speed and working to their full potential, boosting your business, you will need to start thinking about support and maintenance.
Put simply, there is no point having a brilliant system if you do not invest in the required fall-backs in the event of something going wrong.
If your communications do go down for whatever reason, it’s likely your firm is going to be losing money every minute that goes by without it getting fixed.
This is why support and maintenance is an area you can’t afford to neglect, as failure to ensure you are protected in this way can have a massive impact on your bottom line in the long run.
What are my options?
If you choose us to meet all your support and maintenance needs, you have a wide range of options.
We will work closely with you in order to come up with a plan at a great price that provides you with the ideal level of cover for your own specific needs.
Firstly you pick your ‘hours’ package, of which here are four main options: Basic, Twilight, 24-hour and Bespoke.
Basic – covers the typical working hours of 08:30 to 17:30 through Monday to Thursday and 08:30 to 17:00 on Fridays. Smaller companies working from a single office, without employees on-site in the evenings and on weekends, will usually find this is enough.
Twilight – Larger companies may benefit from this, which covers your support and maintenance needs from 07:00 in the morning through to 23:00.
24-hour – You’ll have access to our specialists in the event of a major fault, around the clock.
Bespoke – Pretty much does what it says on the tin, we can create a set of bespoke hours to suit your needs.
Once you have chosen your hours you then pick from either our Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum packages:
Bronze – We will respond to a fault with your communications system within 16 hours.
Silver – We promise a fix to a major issue within eight hours.
Gold – Any major issues will be fixed within four hours on the gold offering.
Platinum – The very top level package we have available, means we will respond to your major communications faults within only two hours.
Choosing your support and maintenance
That can all be a lot to take in, so if you’re still unsure what type of support and maintenance package is the right one for the needs of your company, we can help.
We are more than happy to talk you through the available options, informing you of the pros and cons of each, to help you to come to the right decision.
Here at BTT we will also work with you to put together a tailored package that fits your firm like a glove – for instance, you may only want the basic hours of cover, but you might want the gold response times to ensure any issues are dealt with rapidly.
